Palin in 2012?
She’s being called a diva by some in her own campaign. They say she is unmanagable aand only takes her own advice. She goes off her talking points to discuss stories about her in the news. Is this bitch crazy? Or is she just preparing to make her own run at the presidency?
She is the only thing the GOP ticket has going for it. Even though some in her own party, and any free-thinking person in the world, questioned her nomination for vice president, she’s the one drawing crowds at rallies; McCain has to hold in-door rallies to make them look bigger but Sarah Palin holds mass assemblies that resemble rock concerts, or Nuremburg.
Greg Mueller, former aide in the campaigns of Pat Buchanan and Steve Forbes says she’s “absolutely earned a right to run in 2012.” Really? How? By botching every interview she’s done? By winking into the camera during her debate and spouting down-home colloquialisms? Is that how you earn the right to run for president? Damn! And I thought it had to do with talking candidly about foreign policy and the economy. Well, shucky dang-darn, I guess I might start preparing my own run!
If Palin gets the chance to shatter the glass ceiling that Hillary put “18 million cracks” in, is there anyway we can really take the Republican party serious ever again? I’m not saying it’s bad to nominate a woman for president, but this woman? Whether or not she’s the rock star the GOP has been looking for, she’s hardly qualified to run a McDonalds. Yeah, she excites the base but has that been enough to get them over the hump this election? She’s turned off Independents and conserative Democrats alike and the only demographic she can hope to grab is extreme right-wingers like Evangelical Christians. Maybe they can get David Duke to be her running mate…
