Dr. Removes Man’s Penis
A 61 year-old Kentucky man visited a doctor to have a circumcision performed and woke up to find he no longer had his penis.
Phillip Seaton and his wife are suing Dr. John Patterson and the medical practice for the incident citing “a loss of service, love and affection.” He is also seeking unspecified punitive damages from Patterson and the practice.
Phillips was getting the circumcision to better treat inflammation and while he was under the good doc thought he detected cancer and removed Phillips’ penis without consent. Think about that. You go to sleep thinking you’re getting a very common procedure done and you wake up to find your manhood missing. They are, in my opinion, very forgiving, given what happened. I would be seeking full retribution, that would see nothing less than me personally removing Dr. Patterson’s reproductive organs.

That is infuriating.
I had heard the story as a joke on the Tonight Show & personally made a joke out of it being that the doctor must have been nuts or the man was very small that they didn’t notice.
It really is not funny at all. Knowing what really happened though, makes it more disturbing. There are tests he could have done to check for cancer before cutting something like that off!
I am female, but I can only imagine how that would feel mentally, emotionally, physically, etc.
I’d want that doctor completely stripped of all his privileges.
